This advanced bo staff course is designed for intermediate-advanced level bo staff practitioners, who are looking to enhance their bo staff skills and bring them to the next level. This course teaches advanced-level transitions, manipulations, swings, tricks (body rolls & releases), and also teaches an advanced-level bo form, which can be used in sport karate competition.
